HORRIBLE service. I dropped my Uggs off here to be cleaned some weeks ago. They were hardly worn so I initially only brought one boot in because of a little coffee stain. The owner advised that I bring both since they might appear a little lighter after they’re cleaned. Fine.

Well, the fur lining of my boots were completely destroyed and now look like an old and heavily worn cheap pair of boots. Not only that, they punctured safety pins with tags inside of the suede, leaving permanent holes in each boot. I showed the owner and he rudely told me the shoes aren’t even that expensive and people can buy them for $100 now. I respectfully asked for a refund and he immediately said “no.” He was unapologetic and disrespectful.

Regardless of the price of someone’s belongings, they brought it to the cleaners with the intention of having their items cleaned and treated with care. Telling someone their clothing/shoes aren’t even that expensive to lessen their reasoning for being upset about an item being ruined is a HORRIBLE way to treat anyone, yet alone a paying customer.

By far the worst cleaners I have ever used. In October I dropped off two items for cleaning, one was picked up and the other one wasn’t ready. I visited this location many times attempting to pick up my other item, and was told it’s in storage, it will be back the next week. After coming back for week, even months I demanded an answer about my coat. I was then told that the coat was lost, and he doesn’t know what happened. He offered me a check for the lost item but honestly having my coat back would be best. The check value was less than what I paid for the item. I’ve been coming here for a while now, and they’ve honestly never let me down. The dry cleaning is always done really well — my clothes come back clean, fresh, and properly pressed. Their tailoring is just as good. They’ve adjusted pants, dresses, and even fixed a zipper for me, and everything fit perfectly afterward. The people who work here are friendly, quick, and actually pay attention to what you ask for. It’s rare to find a place that’s great at both cleaning and tailoring, but they really are....
