I recently had the pleasure of visiting this skin spa and let me tell you, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The spa itself is beautifully decorated and exudes a sense of tranquility, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

What truly sets this spa apart, however, is the exceptional service provided by Elizabeth. Her knowledge and expertise in skincare are truly remarkable. I was amazed by her ability to assess my skin's needs and recommend the perfect treatment tailored to address my specific concerns. Elizabeth's passion for skincare is evident in every interaction, and her dedication to ensuring the best results for her clients is commendable.

The treatment I received was nothing short of phenomenal. Elizabeth's skillful hands worked wonders on my skin, leaving it feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and positively glowing. She took the time to explain each step of the process, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout. Her attention to detail and personalized approach made me feel like I was in the hands of a true professional.

Not only was Elizabeth knowledgeable, but she was also friendly and approachable. She patiently answered all my questions, providing valuable insights and recommendations for maintaining healthy skin even after my visit. Her genuine care for her clients' well-being is truly commendable.

I must also mention the spa's overall cleanliness and hygiene standards, which were impeccable. From the freshly sanitized equipment to the use of high-quality skincare products, every aspect of my visit was meticulously thought out to ensure the utmost comfort and safety.

In conclusion, my experience at this skin spa with Elizabeth was nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of a serene environment, Elizabeth's expertise, and the excellent customer service I received left a lasting impression. If you're looking for a top-notch skin spa experience, I wholeheartedly recommend booking an appointment with Elizabeth. You won't be disappointed!

Thank you, Elizabeth, and the entire team, for providing such an exceptional experience. I will definitely be returning soon for more...

Update: after I wrote the below review, Stalle contacted me and I was very pleased with their response, care and attention. This facial was not for me but I wanted to be sure the wonderful customer service was also shared.

I booked an appointment here after seeing glowing recommendations from an influencer and reading countless 5-star reviews. The hype convinced me to try it, but unfortunately, it was a huge letdown.

The facial was overpriced and underwhelming. I’ve had facials elsewhere for half the price that were far more hands-on, including thorough extractions, multiple masks, and time spent massaging the face, shoulders, and arms/legs. Here, the aesthetician barely touched my face during the treatment and almost immediately recommended a laser add-on—normally $750, but “only” $300 today. Thankfully I decided to wait to decide until further into the treatment and did not say yes to the upsell.

To be fair, she was very sweet and asked personalized questions, showing she had reviewed my profile. However, the treatment itself felt rushed. During extractions, she stopped quickly, leaving problem areas untreated. When I commented that it didn’t seem like much had to be done, she casually offered to do more, as though being thorough wasn’t part of the service. It was clear they prioritized making clients leave “happy” and redness-free, rather than addressing all the issues properly.

Another disappointment came with the so-called "customized serum" mentioned online. I had assumed this meant I would leave with my own personalized serum—maybe naive, but I decided to ask just in case. I was wrong, but she offered to provide samples because I seemed excited about it. She eventually brought out two tiny paper packets of serum and a headband in a shopping bag. It felt like an afterthought rather than the thoughtful gesture she initially made it seem.

All in all, the experience didn’t live up to the hype. While one inflamed area was treated and she was a doll as a human, the facial was far from thorough, and I left feeling like I had been duped. Unfortunately, it seems the glowing reviews come from people convinced they should think this is the best facial in New York. For me, it simply wasn’t worth the price...

I booked the Signature Facial expecting a comprehensive treatment but instead left with an $800 bill. The facial itself consisted solely of cleansing, a light massage, and extractions that were nearly nonexistent—everything else came at an additional cost beyond the already steep $300 base price.

While I agreed to a CO2 mask upgrade, I was not informed that the enzyme treatment—typically a fundamental part of the exfoliation process—would be a separate charge. In my experience, reputable spas include this as a standard component, not an add-on.

The esthetician was kind, but there was little to no communication about the products being used, what constituted an upgrade, or which treatments incurred extra charges. While I do not fault her personally, the lack of transparency appears to be a standard practice at this establishment. Clients should be fully informed of pricing before services are performed, not after.

Upon receiving my itemized bill after leaving, I had to call the spa for clarification on the enzyme charge and express my disappointment. They did agree to refund the $100 for the enzyme, but by that point, the damage had been done—the experience left me feeling misled, and the overall disappointment far outweighed the small refund.

What I anticipated to be a luxurious and all-encompassing facial turned out to be little more than an overpriced starting point. I left with a bad taste in my mouth and won’t...
