I've been here twice, had a bad experience the 1st time due to my own ignorance and lack of clear instructions for the dryer machines. However, the 2cd time was alot better once I saw that the 'Start' button was actually just an icon located 'within the written instructions' for operating the dryer. You can't tell that it's actually the icon ur supposed to use to start it. So, Heads up on that. LOL!!! I felt really silly, but it was an easy mistake to make. Also, couldn't find any way to set the washers to 'Hot', I went thru each option carefully but there wasn't a 'Hot' option that I could find. Otherwise, the small wash costs a minimum of $3.00. The large washers for comforters and such cost minimum of $4.00. Now all the dryers are the large standard ones usually n laundry mats and the price of use varies due to ur own preference. Pretty much, it takes quarters and for each 1 it gives u so much drying time. Also, there are no attendants on the premises. It's decently maintained, pretty clean and there is a public bathroom. There aren't any soda or vending machines, I'm not saying thats a bad thing just that there aren't any. It's the basics and I actually prefer it. I do plan...
Read moreI've never left a bad review before, but I dropped off four sweaters collectively worth $500+, and they all came back ruined. One of them I dropped off covered in bows and it came back with not a single bow on it, a whole different sweater. I had a thick cashmere sweater come back so thin and stretched out I could see my hand, no longer soft, stitching exposed, a completely different material. I had a wool sweater come back the same way. These sweaters have been dry cleaned under standard conditions several times and came back fine. They're not super delicate but they were all christmas presents from my now deceased grandma with immense sentimental value. Do NOT drop off your dry cleaning at this...
Read moreUse to like coming here until I realized how stupid the people who work here are. My wife is busy doing the laundry and my 17 month old son gets out of his stroller and starts running to my wife. One of the ladies that work there starts yelling at my son to move because she was trying to get by with a cart. She told my wife to put him in his stroller or leave him outside. What a moron. A goldfish has a bigger brain than she does. She’s lucky I wasnt there. I would’ve sat...
