The North Face Williamsburg — Local services in New York

I’m not one to typically write reviews, but I had to share with the world just how incredible Nia was. My daughter and I stopped by the Williamsburg location on 12/24 to pick out a winter coat, and she immediately spotted a cool repurposed North Face jacket she loved. She wanted to use the Klarna app for the purchase, but after some back-and-forth, we found out it couldn’t be applied to that particular style. Nia was so patient and spent a lot of time with us, exploring different options to make the transaction happen.

I don't always go to Williamsburg often only because of how out of the way it is. I was invited to the grand opening evening pop up event a few weeks back and I had a great time. The only thing I can say about this location is that it is smaller than most of the North Faces locations I've been to.
