I ordered a product with them about a week before I wanted to give it to a friend for her birthday. At the time I ordered, there was no indication on the website that the item I ordered wasn't in stock. I paid for expedited shipping so I could receive it in time.
A week goes by and I hadn't heard anything from the company. At this point, my friends birthday has already passed. So I follow up. They tell me the item is on backorder and should be in May 25th. Ok. But why wasn't I notified of this when I ordered?
So fine, I wait. The 25th rolls around and still nothing. I follow up AGAIN. The backorder date has now changed to June 10th.
The 10th rolls around and STILL NOTHING. And rather than them being proactive and communicating their delays with me, I'm advised to keep checking the website to see when it's in stock. Finally, I cancelled my order and got a better item directly from Amazon.
I will never do business with this company. Terrible impression on the first order and rather than be proactive with customers that have already paid and were led to believe they'd have an item in time, their solution is for customers to keep chasing them to find out when an item will finally arrive. ...
