I recently visited woo nail salon expecting a pleasant nail experience, but unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. I had an appointment for a specific nail art design that I had carefully selected and discussed in advance.

I had shown them a picture of the specific nail art style I wanted, but what I received was far from the original design. The design wasn’t what I showed them and the details were sloppy. I express my concerns when she was done with my nails and she said that they didn’t have the specific tools to give me the same design! Which is absurd to me because why would they agreed in the first place?technician was nice and apologetic. Owner not so much. They charged $95 for a design that I’m not happy with. Now I have to go spend more $$$ to get rid off this nail polish.

lack of customer service was disappointing and also a waste of time for me to back there.

I won’t be coming back here. If you’re seeking a salon that values customer satisfaction WOO SALON...

UPDATE: they reached out and offered to redo the nails, and they did a great job the second time around. They were very thorough with the removal and reapplication, and this time they applied cuticle oil and lotion at the end. They also apologized multiple times about the initial experience. All in all I’m happy with the way they addressed the situation and am glad I went back to get them redone.

I was excited to get my nails done here after hearing all the great reviews, but I was pretty disappointed with my experience :(

I requested a gel manicure with a simple design but my nails had thick uneven lines, air bubbles and even a little hair baked into one of my nails. I wasn’t offered any cuticle oil or lotion during or after the appointment, and two of my cuticles were injured and led to bleeding—one was bleeding so badly during my commute home that I had to get a bandaid, and started bleeding again hours later after I had taken off...

Winnie is a true artist and professional! My nails look amazing! She can replicate any picture perfectly. I asked for marble nails and I am blown away at how they turned out. She redid the design until it was exactly how she and I both liked it, and was still very quick with the whole process.

The studio area is cute and comfortable. She has a bunch of nail sets displayed that she hand painted that are INCREDIBLE. Garfield, Peanuts, Mickey and Minnie, Donald Duck and Daisy, the M&Ms characters, Winnie the Pooh and more. They look like the original artist drew them. Perfect replicas and adorable!

Everything was very clean, and Winnie wiped all equipment down with alcohol before use. Tools came out of a sealed autoclave envelope.

Pricing was very reasonable, and she will give you a quote by text if you send her a picture of what you have in mind. Very quick to respond and very personable.

I will definitely be back for more...
