Employee jasmine was incredible rude and disrespectful towards me today. The signs in the store say clothing $35 so when I brought a dress up to the checkout I was Surprised to see that it was not part of the deal. When I brought up to their attention, jasmine started snapping at me about the sale not including the dresses. As I walked away she continued to talk about me behind my back. I turned around to let them know their marketing is deceiving. She continued to argue with me about it. My new favorite place to shop in Charleston!! I can't say enough about how awesome the ladies here are! I brought my daughter in to shop. She's been feeling down and overwhelmed in life and this was her day to feel better. When we left this shop, my daughter was in the best mood and felt so beautiful from the way the ladies treated her. A huge thank you to everyone for your awesome service! Walked in, got stared down but not greeted so they could continue gossiping. That’s become expected at this point as it’s happened every time I’ve been in. One employee had a mask but it was under her chin and then was later approached by the other employee who didn’t have one on at all. First employee didn’t bother to at least pull hers up even when I came to check out. No thanks. Will shop online only if possible.
