The last two times my family and I have tried to go shop here, they have been closed during posted business hours. Today we had dinner at Cicis and walked down at 7:15. Two men were standing outside. One of them told us they were closed. We must have looked confused and looked at their sign which said 8pm. As we walked away, he said something about how he is currently supporting another store, so he has to close this one early because “nobody wants to work anymore.”
This was even more confusing as he was just standing there and appeared to be socializing. Was he implying that he was closed because he needed to be at the other location? He couldn’t be at both? He was there but couldn’t be open any longer? It felt really strange. We won’t be back...

OK fine after taxes whatever I went ahead to go check out and I was “helped” by Marc which I assume is a manager; first of all pressured me into getting the full pro membership which I currently did not have enough money for, but added it anyway without asking for permission to add onto my bill, then proceeded to automatically add the one-year warranty without even asking . Read moreDo Not Buy single Pokémon packs from this store. After buying 96 packs I received 2 vMax and 7 Vs out of 96 packs! Lady that works there admitted to me that she knows the difference between a good pull and bad one based on weight. And she also said she collects Pokémon cards herself. And on top of that she said she buys them from this store. This is very sketchy and I would not be surprised if this is happening at other GameStops as most of the employees collect themselves.
