
I have been wanting to write this review for awhile. Got my services in May and it has been a lot of proofs of their bad customer service At least what I had experience. I wanted to venture out in a playful color. Mind you my first time. Showed my inspo photo and I got a recommendation since they donāt have that particular color. My appointment was at 2:15. I was there at 2. My appointment didnāt start until 3:30. I know right. I was told she was gonna be ā20 mins lateā I was just in the lobby and I was just there nothing was said or done. Then the stylist came after being an hour and 15 mins late. Nothing was compensated or said. I brushed it off since its been awhile for a needed mommy make over. Everything since fine until it was about to be styled and she had noticed something off and needed to add more color. So we put more color and waited. It was late my appointment was at 3:30 we finished at 8:30 ish. I was tired, kids waiting at home so I had seen photos and was fine with it. But Not until I had washed it for the first time after 3 days and all the color striped off. I used a store bought shampoo because I was waiting for my shipment of hair color shampoo but even with that it shouldnāt have not washed in 1 wash. It was patchy and uneven. I even called my old hairstylist , my friend who is a hair colorist and a cousin in hair school and they all said it was botched. I called that same day. I was told the stylist was gonna reach out. Days passed nothing. Called again. I was told that maybe it was the shampoo but they agree not in 1 wash. They are very bad with communicating and getting back. I was offered a 20% products to use for my hair. I was baffled. Days passed I spoke to the āmanagerā I was offered to āredoā the hair to reapply more color. I said to myself okay sure weāll try that. The day of the supposed appointment that I was told came and I went. I checked in nothing was said. She was late again. When she came I was told my appointment was not that day but next week. I was furious. I called spoke to the āmanagerā and I was told to come in at a later time same day. So I went. To my surprise I was just in the washing sink the whole time. Hereās the most disappointing part. I wasnāt told what procedure was gonna be done. I was put there and was just there. At the end of the appointment I realize they didnāt redo the color but just masked it with a color correction conditioner. I was told to buy all these products to have better outcome. So I did worth 120 bucks. I still loved the color it turned out but after getting home I noticed the patching and the uneven color was still there. So I decided to try their products for a week. First shower with their product I noticed they gave me a open bottle of the color correcting conditioner that they use to supposed āredoā my hair. How messed up is that?!!! By the book how they explained to me. And guess what?! Nothing changed. It was all bull. I called and asked for the manager and was told āsheāll take a message and call me backā well guess what its been a month and nothing. What a great customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreExtremely unprofessional. I had booked an appointment here to get eyelash extensions. I had booked a month in advance because I had a birthday vacation planned. I was originally supposed to have my appointment on a Tuesday. Hannah (the girl who was supposed to do my eyelashes) texted me a few days before to switch my appointment to a Monday, instead. I had to readjust my schedule, but I told her I could make it work.
We were all set for Monday morning, and then she texted me 1 hour before the appointment to tell me she wasn't going to be able to make it. I was still understanding, but I asked her if she could work with me and get me in before I left on vacation. She said she would look at her schedule, but she didn't get back to me or try to fit me into her schedule.
At this point, I had already checked availability of other staff and even all other salons in town. Nobody was able to get me in before I left on my vacation, due to the short notice I received. Keep in mind I was really understanding and had already moved my original appointment. It would have been nice to know she couldn't put me on her schedule, that way I could have looked somewhere else. Super inconvenient, I'd. give 0 stars if I could. The worst part is she was posting on social media when I was waiting for a response. I couldn't even get anything in return for wasting my time, yet I still had to agree to the cancellation policy and the fees associated with leaving short notices myself. Not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had an appointment scheduled with Lexi for 2 weeks to have my eyelash extensions done at 11:00am on 6/20/22 since my birthday is this week and I was SO excited. I got two email notifications as an appointment reminder & I double checked last night to make sure I didnāt need to confirm and that everything was still set. So I show up today super excited and the receptionist told me āUmm.. so Lexi didnāt think you were going to show up so sheās not here.ā So she texted Lexi my number and then Lexi called me and told me that on the App I should have confirmed the appointment, but nowhere on the app does it say I need to confirm let alone even give me an option to confirm the appointment. So she just didnāt show up because she thought I might not come. I have a 2 year old and canāt just drop what Iām doing whenever I want to go and get these types of things done. My fiancĆ© left work early just so I could go to my appointment today. His and my time was completely wasted because she just didnāt show up. Lexi said she tried calling me, & my phone number on the app is an old one, but my notification/reminder/confirmation method on the app is set to email, so why didnāt anyone email me if I needed to confirm?
