I could not have had a worse experience ordering food here. I had 10 orders, I tried ordering online, but that wouldn't work so I went into the store. I asked them to write names on the tins-they couldn't do that in line so they moved me to the end of the line and had me place a "to-go" order. I did that, and I waited another 45 minutes (there was no line), and while I was waiting one of the employees came up to me, bumped me as I was sitting at a table, wanted to shake my hand (I thought he was apologizing for how poor the service was), and then proceeded to go off on a "friend" who became a police officer, and how he hates police officers, and he used a ton of bad language. He started to get very animated during the conversation, I thought he was going to pull out a weapon or something. After a good 2 minutes listening to his awful conversation with himself, he walked off and I didn't see him anymore. I am absolutely sure he was on drugs or something. I spoke with the manager on duty after about him and he just shrugged and said "I don't know about that." Another two employees were kissing and touching in the corner near the tortillas the whole time. When the employees finally finished my food they were taking selfies with it, which I didn't understand. The manager came out and gave us 4 desserts, which we didn't want. I understand he was trying to make up for a poor experience, but honestly, he should've just refunded our entire bill. The place was clean, it was about an hour before closing time, but I cannot say enough about how poor the employees were. I kept getting passed off to the next person, no one knew what to do about me asking to write names on the tins. I finally picked up the food and left, and then one employee came running after me to try and get me to pay again (I had already paid for the food right at the beginning). When I finally got back to eat the food, several portions tasted like they had been touched by gloves that had handled cleaning supplies (rags, chemicals, etc). Read moreWorst experience ever! The food was uneatable and they were out of everything. It was not busy, it was a weekday, and it wasn’t a holiday but they were out of sweet pork, enchilada sauce, queso, and several other items. That doesn’t leave many options, certainly not any of the popular items.
We got an order of nachos, but the chips were stale and the meat was crusty. We also got a couple quesadillas that were made on burnt tortillas, with almost no cheese, and the steak was as hard as a rock. You could pick it up and everything fell out because there was no cheese holding it together. The chicken was also very dry. And to top it all off the syrup was low in the soda. No one in our group could finish their food because of how bad it was. We all ended up throwing our food away and we went to get food elsewhere.
Despite the lack of ingredients, the staff was not apologetic or accommodating. They were also very slow to serve us, and again it was not busy at all. We literally saw some workers in the back drop some food and catch it, upside down, before it hit the floor, they just laughed and put it in the to go bag anyways. I have never seen a restaurant as mismanaged as this and have never had a worse experience. We will not return to this location and will no longer be supporting this chain after this...
Read moreWent there last night and the line had about 20 people in it. An employee had three of her friends hanging out talking for over a half hour backing up the whole line while people had to try and talk over them and walk back and forth around the girls to tell the other employees what they wanted. The girl and employee were going back and forth showing each other’s their phones and had no care for the huge line of people. The girls were there when we showed up and we’re almost out the door and we’re still there when we were checking out. Once we got to the cashier she was extremely rude and didn’t give a care in the world. Asked for a medium drink and responded we don’t have that and looked away. Asked for whatever they had then and she acted annoyed and didn’t even hand me the cup and lid I had to reach over the counter and grab it myself. Still said to her thank you and have a good night and she rolled her eyes and didn’t respond. I have never experienced such poor and rude customer service for literally no reason. Thank you to the guy at the beginning for taking care of us. And the other guy there who put the extras on who also had to keep going back and forth on the other side around the employee who was gossiping with...
