I absolutely love all the clothes they sell here. But, the customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Because of that, I’ve never bought anything or have gone in there again until today on my lunch break with a friend. Upon entering I was not greeted or spoken too. I walked around for about 10 minutes aimlessly looking for something that a manican was wearing before asking if I could get some help. When walking up to the counter to ask for help none of the three girls said anything just stared at me until I asked. After trying on some items I decided to buy, my friend was still just looking around and while walking past one of the associates hit her in the shoulder and didn’t even bother to say excuse me or apologize. When I was ready, I went to the counter that was covered in misc merchandise and naked manicans. During the process of checking out I was not spoken to and the refund policy was only mentioned after I had already read it aloud from the sign. Spent $200 here today and didn’t even get a “have a nice day”...

Return policy is ridiculous...just simply not enough time for people with busy schedules...and the fact that your store is closed sometimes before the already ridiculous time of 8:00 pm. Most others in Pier Park are open until 9:00. Staff could use some customer service seminars and be instructed to keep the gossip down. Loved buying jeans there...have bought 8 pairs to be exact....and various other items for gifts. Using the online store now, no problems with them and they are very friendly when I've called with questions. Very cute store with alot more potential...just needs some minor adjustments and better staffing. Good luck, I always stand behind small businesses, but they have to also show up for it and treat me as a value too. Lizard Thicket will quite NEVER get my business again!! 15 day return policy! THATS wild. I totally could understand 30 days, like almost everyone else, but 15 days! I have a very busy schedule, so I just drove to pier park for literally nothing. 45 min away mind you. I wanted to return a dress I bought, because after I purchased it I ended up finding a different one . So it is BRAND new, never worn, with the tags, receipt, bag ! Literally still wrapped in the paper . They couldn’t even give me store credit . NOTHING . There is $70 down...
