Timbers — Restaurant in Park City

After a successful large gathering 2 months ago, I thought that the bar would be a great alternative for 8 friends to get together and have dinner. Initially at 6:30 the bar was quiet and 1 staff would have been fine but slowly the bar became full with still 1 staff for the evening. The young woman that waited on us was quick, moody, discourteous. We waited roughly 1 hour to place the food order. Coworkers and I are staying for a work trip and we liked the food + cocktails so much we decided to come back the next night! We had Holly the first night and we were blown away by how amazing our cocktails were- very rarely do you get a drink that tastes -exactly- like description! Had Felipe the second night and again the food was hot, delicious, prompt and service was friendly. Everything I want in a restaurant visit. Good was atrocious for the price. Texas Roadhouse has better steak. My husbands steak was legit gray and cold and when we sent it back to the kitchen it came out so overdone it was almost inedible. We were offered nothing and payed 190 after tip for two cocktails each and a salad, fries, and ridiculous excuse for NY strip. Will cross this place...
