Aaron was highly recommended to me by a friend after I had been struggling with chronic migraines and fertility issues as a result of PCOS for a little over two years. I had tried multiple medications for my migraines as well as nerve block injections and wasn't getting any relief. I had also undergone 6 cycles of Clomid/IUI in the hopes of getting pregnant and was told my next step should be In Vitro Fertilization. I was feeling frustrated and ready to try something different. He has been invested from the very beginning in helping me and each week would review where I was at when we last met and discuss the plan for our next session. I have an issue with sinus congestion, irritated throat, phlegm and allergy for almost 3 years. I am allergy to dust, mites, dog & cats fur, different kind of weeds. I may have certain food allergies (which I didnt recognize in the past, but currently trying to do food elimination to help with my treatment). I cough everytime I have meal and brush my teeth. Dr.Mary Gagliardi is just wonderful! I met her and shared with her all of my problems. She is calm, knowledgeable, attentive, supportive and truly a passionate practitioner. She gave me weekly treatment and always asked me how I felt everytime I met her. I believe I am just going the half way through and can’t say that the allergy totally goes away, but I definitely felt better after 3-4 treatments. The herbs that Dr.Mary gave me also help me feel more comfortable (along with acupuncture), my throat is less irritated and I was being able to breathe better. Dr.Mary also helped me reschedule my treatment when I was busy with my crazy schedule, in just a few minutes. I was able to text her whenever I have questions and she would get back to me within a same day!

The office is nice, calm, clean, not overcrowded and smells good! Mind Body has been my favourite place to come to take a short break. If there are other health issues that I get and are on the treatment list, I would keep coming...
