Bad experience manager was very rude . I bought a shirt with an iron on . The size sticker pulled part of the decal off. We took the shirt back to exchange it for another one . They were all the same . So I asked for my money back . She was very rude and said no refunds, I told her I understand that but, it’s not my fault the shirt was messed up. She said they put the sticker on while the shirt was still hot , again not my fault, which my husband pointed out . So we began telling everyone in the store to check their shir before they buy it . She conveniently found one to make, she first told me she couldn’t..... . When she brought it to me .... They are rude and double charge people and then refuse to fix it without us driving 59 miles to take the receipt back. I ask if I could send them a picture of the receipt but they refused. It would be simple as looking into their computer system to see the receipt on their end and could even double check cameras to see we only bought 1 pair of shorts. They shouldn't be allowed to have live animals that they are too lazy to care for either. This place is less than 1 star and should be closed. There's no telling how many people they've ripped off in hopes they wouldn't notice or that it'd be too much of a hassle for the people to try to...

If I could post negative stars I would. This is pure evil. That poor caiman living in a wooden and plastic box with signs to not touch the glass because it would stress it out and cause illness. The conditions that poor animal is living is deplorable. This needs to be reported. You can tell he/she is stressed out. People are very happy to go into about just any generic souvenir store without at “live gator stick”. Time for that beautiful creature to be taken in...
