GAGE AND SAM WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND POLITE. THEY HAVE GREAT PRICES TOO!! My husband went here to get me a smartwatch for my birthday and Gage was awesome. He helped me with all my questions, was very polite and patient with me while I was asking questions, and pointed me to the best watch for everything that I wanted. He was very friendly and I really enjoyed talking with him. Then I went into the store today because my watch wasn't charging right and Sam helped me replace it with a new one. She also helped me pick out a smartwatch for my husband while I was there. They have really good prices for their products, I was expecting to pay a little more but it was awesome. She was very polite and patient while I was asking questions about them, she answered all the questions I had, and pointed me to watch I was looking for. They were the best employees. Went in to get battery replaced in my daughters watch and was told it would take an hour!! The sales associate told me they had to take care of the other customers buying watches before she could help me. She was restocking wallets at the back of the store near the cash register. When I explained my daughter was sick and in the car, her response was "sorry we have to help the others first"! I was like what the heck are you doing, nothing but stocking and an hour was unacceptable and I told her they cared more about the sales of products rather than true customer service!! I will never return to this store and after this experience, may never buy another...

My wife and I visited this store Thurs 10/3/19 with an issue pertaining to my 5 month old Fossil smart watch. The most kind and understanding Rep, Lindsey, offered me a warranty replacement for free or an upgrade at a very reasonable price. I chose the upgrade. While I was conversing with Lindsey about the smart watch issue, my wife had taken a liking to a nice handbag. Long story short...
