I wouldn't even leave them a 1 star review. We went in this evening. The lady at the front door was talking on her phone when we came in and we asked when they closed. Got an answer that they closed at 10 pm so my husband and I looked around. I found 4 car coasters for my car and a monogrammed CC headband and proceeded to the counter where the employee at the register was hunched over sleeping, the other one was sitting behind the counter on her phone, looked up at us but ignored us and the lady at the front never got off the phone to check on us. Ended up having to leave everything we wanted to purchase on the counter and just walk out due to HORRIBLE customer service! Phones and sleeping on the job shouldn't be allowed when a customer needs assistance at the register. Would rather give NO STARS and will not be back! Highly disappointed. I would not waste my time shopping at this store as you will also be wasting your time. Employees would rather sleep and be on...

I watched the cashier incorrectly charge several customers in front of me. When they realized she charged them more than the ticketed price the employees told them they couldn't give them their money back (even though it was clearly the cashier's error) and to pick something else out, basically forcing them to spend more money. I made it a point to watch her closely when ringing up my items. I had found a necklace in the clearance section for $5.99 (red ticket, with several markdown stickers) with an extra 20% off red ticketed items. When she got to this necklace I watched her type in $24.99...I corrected her and as she continued to ring up my items she kept moving the screen so I couldn't see what she was typing in for the prices. I guess it's called The Sneaky Squirrel for a reason. Be sure to pay attention to your total...

While attempting to check out we were asked if we needed help. Told clerk we were ready to check out and with an attitude asked if we needed help again. What didn't you understand? We told you we were ready to check out, we told you what we needed. We did nothing but smile and be nice. While she was trying to ring up our single item she did nothing but give us dirty looks and mumble under her breath. Listen, there wasn't more than 5 people in the store, so it wasn't busy. There was no reason for the attitide. If it wasn't for the fact my wife really wanted what she found, we would've just walked away and bought the item off of Amazon for the same price but less attitude. Even covid couldn't be blamed on...
