The Graze Cafe — Restaurant in Rexburg

the graze is seriously the best spot in rexburg. you can tell how much thought and love is put into this small business with just one bite of the food! cannot reccomend the pepper sandwich more, it is PHENOMENAL and a constant craving for me! the fresh pressed juices and avocado toasts are sooo yummy and healthy! i would reccomend the cucumber ginger apple juice or the beet celery apple orange juice! they have a build your own avocado toast option and it is SO AMAZING. i love the avocado toast with tomatos, everything bagel seasoning, arugula, and red chili flakes. the owner is the sweetest, and she so clearly has a love and passion for what she does and creates. go to the graze!! cannot reccomend it more! they have a food truck surrounded by other amazing food trucks, a sit down location, and a stand at the farmers market.... and the experience is consistently amazing...

Truly a charming little shop, called to ask directions since Google led me to a parking garage, and they very kindly directed me to the correct entrance, when we got there they were slammed with orders and had just the one person working until backup came, they let us know that there would be a wait and so we weren't terribly worried about it. They were very kind and polite while we waited, even so kind as to give us a free drink and some food (which neither me nor my partner thought was necessary, but it was appreciated) after all was said and done food only took like 25min even with the load of orders ahead of us, so we weren't bothered at all, and when the food did come, it was delicious, had a caprese sandwich that was incredible. My coworker and I recently placed an order for Strawberry Poppy Seed salads and Truffle Parm fries and had a not very good experience. However, after leaving a review describing what went wrong with our order, the owner messaged me via Instagram and wanted to make it right. She offered to redo our order for us if we were willing to give it another try and we are so glad we did!!
