I've been in this store a few different times for a few different repairs. The very last times I was in the store was because of a repair that was re-done 2 times, after it was wrong the first times, after months of waiting for the repair. I finally went in the last time and it was done properly, and they were trying to charger me I believe $60 for the repair that was done wrong twice, and had my waiting. When I refused to pay the full $60 and asked if she could reduce the price, especially everything that had happened, and how upset I was at the service, I had called a family member and asked for them to talk to the front desk lady and try to understand what I wasn't, the conversation ended in the front desk lady yelling at my family member saying that I could leave with the repair, then slammed my phone face down on the counter, didn't even hang up and went to the back where I couldn't see her anymore. I was in such aw at what had just happened in this store, I just stood there and grabbed the repair after standing there for a few minutes with no indication of what to do. I will never go back into the store, the prices sometimes seem a lot for the repairs, and the wait for them to get done isn't...

I left my ring to be soldered together on Tuesday. It was promised to me by Thursday. On Thursday I came in to find that not only was it not ready, it had just barely been soldered.
