Bennion Jewelers — Local services in Salt Lake City

Recently, I found myself (through no fault of my own) having to replace my diamond heirloom custom wedding set which belonged to my grandmother. I was devastated, but at my mother's suggestion I looked at Bennion's. I am very particular, loved my set as did my husband, and neither of us like a lot of the wedding sets we see around. Within moments of browsing their website, I found a setting I liked as did my husband. I emailed customer service at Bennions the next day. Within an hour Tracy back to me - and explained that she was not in the office (she emailed me on her day off) but gave me the information she could regarding the setting. After finding an old appraisal for my ring, Tracy was also able to find a center stone that was so similar to my original I was floored. I ordered the ring, band (which I had not seen, but was described) - because the rings are made for you individually - it takes 3-4 weeks, which was disclosed to me numerous times. Yesterday I picked up my ring - and it was worth waiting for - I have never in my life hugged a sales person, but I hugged Tracy. I love my ring!

I would like to add, this was a difficult time for me, and Tracy made it so much better, she was understanding and consoling. She made the entire experience a good one, one I will remember, and I will always be a customer of Bennion Jewelers - as my family has...

Let me start by saying that as I was shopping for a wedding ring, I had been to seven jewelry sources prior to Bennion Jewelers. I did not know at all what I was doing in regard to searching for a wedding ring. None of these experiences gave me confidence in what I was buying. Each visit had me further and further confused as to styles, metals, fit, width, cost, design, value, etc.

I went in to see Bill Bennion at the recommendation of a good friend and he had me sorted out with a direction that I was confident in within a few short minutes. What a tremendous relief, especially for a jewelry rookie like me not even sure of what questions I was trying to ask.

Having had follow up post-purchase now as well (fitting questions/advising), all the staff at Bennion Jewelers continue to take excellent care of my fiancé and I. THAT is where they win me over, even beyond my initial satisfaction. Many businesses can give a good impression when buying, but fail during the follow up needs/questions. Not the case for our experience so far with Bennion Jewelers. We will be coming here for all of our jewelry needs from this...

The experience that I have had with Bennion Jewelers has been no short of incredible. After purchasing my wife's engagement ring and getting married, the band developed a small crack where the ring had been sized. We quickly took it back in and they were more than willing to help us out by having it fixed. Unfortunately, this occurred a couple more times over the next two years. Every time we had to bring it in they were incredibly understanding and apologetic. They made an otherwise frustrating situation OK. They also went above and beyond and acted as our representative when the ring had to be sent back into the manufacturer. They pushed for it to be made in a stronger metal so that my wife could have the ring I had given her when I proposed. The manufacturer didnt even make this ring anymore but Bill and Cathy got it done. This meant so much to us.
