After a misunderstanding and multiple errors on behalf of a hospital billing department, I ended up having the terrible misfortune of interacting with Strong and Hanni via Ben Thomas and his assistant, Joani Pearson. After Joani failed to keep her word in returning my phone call and investigating the issue, I became frustrated at the incompetence and unprofessional service being rendered. I expressed this frustration in a professional way to both Joani and Ben and I believe my complaint was met with hostility and a lack of sympathy.

After the initial suit was dismissed, the hospital again contacted Strong and Hanni. Ben failed to investigate the issue and instead threatened a lawsuit. In that phone conversation I felt that he was extremely condescending and impolite. He also dishonestly told me that the hospital wouldn't speak with me and that all communications were to be made through him. I'm glad I didn't believe him because after I personally communicated with the hospital again, they cleared everything up.

Found a new level of unprofessionalism with this firm. They rushed to understand a situation and gave false council, then when it was restated a few days later when the actual law was verified with another legal practitioner they made sure to state it was a misunderstanding caused by us, almost like a child saying it’s not me. Anyway the false law presented to the family set everyone’s emotions off and while the lawyer admitted the mistake he canceled the meeting where he agreed to review the accurate info to the family. So we are several steps backwards now and it felt like a better call...

This law firm was hired to reach out to me for mistakes they made during etc filings as my accountant sent them instructions on what the company needed to to to fix the situation all they keep doing is sending me nasty e mails as the company the filed etc for me did it wrong and will not fix what they had done they are demanding payment for wrong doing . Seems they do not see where there clients are in the wrong and need to fix the situation I have asked for all files they had and still not gotten them and no one has even tried to fixed what...
