Tenants Beware!!! This building is one of the 39 buildings at major risk in case of an earthquake. They used the welding technique during construction, which is a cheaper method compared to the traditional bolts and rivets method. Sure they saved costs for themselves and made huge profits, but that comes at the cost of safety of tenants and everyone surrounding. IT IS A DANGEROUS BUILDING IN THE EVENT OF AN EARTHQUAKE!!! If you’re considering the lease because it seems a good deal, think again because there is a reason...
