I've been wanting to go to this place for a very long time now. I usually just pass by the store and never dare to go in because of the dress prices. (It would just make me sad to go in and not buy anything)
So it's my first time going in here because my boyfriend surprised me and took me here to buy me a set of Lolita stuff.
Unfortunately the dresses only comes in one size that's why there are not many choices for busty and plus sizes women. Luckily there are handful of designs that can manage to fit busty women.
They also have only one fitting room that is surrounded by a huge pink curtain to cover yourself. They provide a petticoat in the dressing room so you can try them on with the dress. Also, they ask you to remove your shoes before stepping into the rug inside. If you are wearing something that is hassle to wear in and out you don't have to worry about that because there's kawaii slippers provided in the fitting room incase you plan to roam around the store to scout for another dress to try on.
The customer service is on point since its my first time buying and wearing a lolita dress. The lady nice, she helped me look for shoes and accessories that matches the dress I chose.
They also have a sale rack which I got lucky because the dresses that are on that rack are the only ones that fit me perfectly.
The only sad thing for me is that I didn't managed to take a photo with the stuff I bought since my mind was focus on the sign that says no pictures allowed. Though I think they would have let me anyway since I'm buying everything that I...
Read moreVery nice place. It was clean and the two persons running the store that day were very polite and helpful. I have never worn lolita fashion before and they helped me pick a cut, a colorway and pattern, and helped me choose the perfect dress. I was also provided with petticoats and blouses etc. that they thought would look good with what I had picked, basically helped me assemble a simple outfit. I felt very well taken care of and they made sure I felt like I was the most important thing in the store. The store itself has a lot of variety and different options of dresses, blouses, accessories, etc. They also have a lot of lolita styles like classic, sweet, and gothic, And the whole place was very sanitary. The changing room has a little carpet and you are required to take off ur shoes before stepping on it so it’s nice and clean. They even give you little crocs to wear inside. I ended up buying my very first lolita dress and it is perfect for me. If you are planning to come in just to come in and look around and then leave, please don’t. Many of the people I saw enter the store just walked in and then out. You don’t have to buy stuff if you don’t want to, but come in the store to shop, stay out if you wanna windowshop. Don’t waste the employee’s time by “marveling at this eXoTiC fAsHuN!” Please show genuine interest and don’t waste their time as there can only be four customers in the store at once and you would just be taking...
Read moreSome staff were nice but one, in particular, was really rude to me, I felt very unwelcome and she told me explicitly I could not try anything else (I tried 2 dresses total, neither of them fit me) once I let her know that I didn't have much money at the moment and would be unable to purchase anything at the time. I had full intentions to buy online later and try on physically to see the fitting but I will not be purchasing from here, the store had no other customers when this happened. After coming from "Leather etc" where they were extremely welcoming, suggesting things for me to try, having conversations, and letting me try clothes for nearly an hour AFTER I let them know the same situations as I mentioned before, I felt shocked that this store was so rude for being not busy at all while the other place was busy and they were so kind to me. Would not suggest anyone go to the in-person store, honestly, it leaves an awful taste toward a fashion style I was excited for years to...
