💥Good location!!! 💥💥Owner was really nice!!! 💥💥💥Unique setup!!! Unfortunately, do believe that I was overcharged... And going forward I will make sure that the price is clear prior to the service. 🙈🙉🙊 I thought my nail tech was "new" but I was mistaken. What should have taken 30 minutes took a little over an hour. I'm disappointed in the work, but I appreciate her efforts in trying to fix the mistakes...Maybe she, my nail tech, was tired or hungry I don't know... She was nice but her work was not what I expected for the price that I paid... She placed my foot under the UV light, scratching off the paint on my big right toe. Rather than redoing my toe she covered it up with more polish. You can clearly see that it is not smooth. There is also nail polish stains around my toenail bed. I know people have off days, and I want to give her a second chance but at this point I'm on the fence... I think it's worth taking a chance going there for a service but be "clear" about what your expectations are... Thank you for...

Edit: Still love this Salon for basic gel manicures, but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend for designs :) Fiona can do basic things, but more complicated designs don’t always result in what I hope for.

I got my old gel manicure removed and got a fresh one done for $45 before tip, and I will 100% be coming back here. Helen did my nails and she was very quick, but so mindful of details - for example, she made sure to not catch my skin while she filed my nails, the shape is perfect, she would clip off any bumps after each round in the UV pod, she painted the edges of my nails so they wouldn't do that annoying peeling thing, and she used two layers of top coat.

The salon itself is such a good use of the space they have - they don't have the traditional spa chairs, but it allows them to have more free space, and it still feels upscale because you're sitting in a comfy...

TLDR: Staff was fine, staph infection - not so much.

Was visiting the city and went here for a Valentine's day treat with my coworker. We booked our manicure/pedicure combo together but they completed all my services while she sat there and then moved over to her. Staff was friendly. They ended up cutting one of my fingers and it hurt for a second but didn't think much more about it.

Fast forward a week, and my nail really starts hurting, my finger turns a dark red, and then I'm barely able to move my finger at all. Ended up going to urgent care and was diagnosed with a nail infection - paronychia.

On top of an overpriced manicure, I left with much more than I bargained for. Wouldn't recommend and honestly am going to stay away from any manicure and pedicures for a while because of this place - used to go...
