This past weekend, we were visiting Savannah and ventured to this Thai restaurant in the heart of downtown. While the location is convenient, especially for those catching a show or exploring the area, my overall experience was underwhelming. Letdown on Flavors: The biggest disappointment was the lack of flavor in most dishes. The fried rice, a staple in Thai cuisine, had a mushy consistency that resembled porridge more than the usual fluffy texture. The spring rolls, which should be bursting with savory fillings, were a bland surprise. It felt like I was chewing on raw vegetables with no seasoning. The star of the show, the pork dish, was equally uninspired. The meat itself was simply boiled, resulting in a chewy texture and complete absence of flavor. Small Portions, Big Prices: Adding insult to injury, the portion sizes were on the smaller side. Considering the lackluster flavors, this made the meal feel overpriced. Parking Pains: If you're planning to drive, be prepared for a challenge. With limited parking options in the downtown area, finding a spot might add extra stress to your dining experience. Recommendation: If you're looking for a flavorful and satisfying Thai experience, I recommend looking elsewhere. This particular restaurant fails to deliver on the vibrant tastes and textures that define Thai cuisine.

Dishonesty is UNACCEPTABLE. I normally do not write reviews even if the restaurant food does not taste good to me. I understand its a personal opinion. I just do not come back. I feel the need to write this review because I feel bad for the people who have to work with this lady. So I came in at 9:30pm on a Thursday (the resto closes at 10pm) and asked if they are still open. They said yes and served us. Everything was going really really nice because the young staffs are super friendly. They came check on us several times and made sure our food was right even though they were closing. This middle age lady who seemed to be in charge of closing the cashier came over and asked if we can pay because she needed to close the register and we were fine with it. It didnt occur to me when I gave her my card that the amount was unexpectedly higher than we expected. We asked her to explain why and she FAILED to give us the correct price broken down of what we had! We asked to see the menu again and she said that the menu price that we saw was for lunch so the real price is more expensive (nothing on the menus specify lunch and dinner price). What we have is dinner so it should be in dinner price. Still we asked how much and she couldnt provide a clear answer. I just need to know the price so I can spilt among us later but thing went fishy pretty quickly when the lady keeps giving us excuses and explanations that did not line up. She saw us being upset and tried to talk about it but still for some reason didnt show us the menu again. She then got upset, crumpled our receipt (like she didnt want us to have it) and said she just gonna give us back our money in cash. We were still in shocked of how pour this lady handle the situation and when she throw us the cash, it was a couple of bucks that did not cover the difference between the right and wrong amount. We left the restaurant not knowing what the exact amount that the food is, and a very heavy stomach from the experience with the lady. There are many insulting passive aggressive things that this lady said to us but this comment is really long already... I hope the owner actually do something about this. I noticed there are comments on the attitude of this lady as well. And if dishonesty is happening to one group of customers, it will happen again (if not already happened before) This is our first time here and its the worst experience that we ever had in a restaurant ever. We feel TRICKED and will not come back any time soon....

Extremely poor service. Will NOT return. My wife and I were in Savannah for a night out. We chose to try the restaurant for the first time on August 3rd 2019. We went into the restaurant and we were seated very quickly. My wife ordered a garlic dish and I ordered the family rice dish. My wife specifically said she did not want vegetables as the dish came with them. WhIle waiting for our food we had to flag three different servers down for more Pepsi. After a 35 minute wait our food finally came, only to find vegetables on my wifes order. My wife and I eat together. So I waited for her meal to return 20 minutes later her food returned, properly done this time. During the wait my food grew cold, and given all the other service issues we had, I asked for a manager. I was promptly told that the manager had left for the evening, and was asked by the lady what she could do to make it right. I explained to her that I didn't mind paying for my wifes meal and our drinks, but that I did not feel like I should have to pay for a meal that was cold, especially after all of the other service issues we had. She then became very argumentative exclaiming that I had eaten it all. Over half of my meal was still on my plate. For the sake of argument I told her to bring me the bill. She did, with 10% off. We paid it and left. Never to darken the...
