Sadly upset no parking and totally ripoff prices. A looked up online the ring I was going purchase way reasonable price. $39.99 to $87.99. No instead the sales women raised a $95.00 ring to $111.46. Then tell Theirs additional 20% off. Really I saw the sale tag say $95.00. The people that shop around that business districts are getting ripoff! I should know I own 32 silver rings. What she had was nice but no for that price! Way over priced! You can get way better at a pawn shop and that one store sell Mexican stuff the truth Is greyhound park and swap sell it too way reasonable prices. Seriously people nothing fear from the getto There's way better prices if you look around. Different cultures and backgrounds and experience opens up the Mind to better better...

I ordered a turquoise bracelet from Silver Star as a replacement for a favorite one recently lost in a wildfire. Andy told me they did not have that particular bracelet any more, but he was kind enough to send me several photos of 2 other similar pieces. I selected one, and it arrived within 4 days. Great customer service!

Updated review: after a few months, 2 stones fell out of my turquoise and silver bracelet. I found this to be very unusual, as I've owned turquoise jewelry for 40 years without any mishap, so I was not very pleased with the workmanship. However, Silver Star was kind enough to replace the stones (at cost) and make the whole bracelet fit better. Good customer...
