Wild West Trading Post — Local services in Scottsdale

Spent the day in Old Scottsdale looking for one of a kind native Navajo or Zuni jewelry for my wife. We visited at least a half dozen stores, all of which had quality jewelry, but we did not find anything matching the quality that Will and Paradise (the proprietors) had to offer. In my humble opinion they have some of the most beautiful inlaid traditional Zuni pieces in the area, many of which are one of a kind. I bought my wife a three piece set of Zuni earrings, necklace, and bracelet. We also purchased our Daughter-in-law a turquoise Sleeping Beauty necklace and earrings. Will and Paradise's warm kindness, friendly demeanor and help were greatly appreciated and played a large factor in our decision. I absolutely love this place! My husband and I were in town (from SLC, Utah) for a Cardinals game last year on our 20 year wedding anniversary. We stopped by the store just browsing and the pieces they had immediately caught my eye. My husband picked out a gorgeous diamond and opal ring and bought it for me for my anniversary gift. I get compliments on it literally every day! I love it so much and the service we got was impeccable. I had some issues with the ring and thought it would be a whole situation because we live out of town but to my delight they were just as great today as they were a year ago. This is a very special shop that you should make a priority whether visiting Scottsdale on vacation or as a local. Back in March, my friend from PA came to visit me and we stopped to shop. We both found 2-3 beautiful and very unique silver rings with inset turquoise and coral. The owner sized our rings for us complimentary and it only took a minute. Then this month we came back when my mom visited and we found more great unique pieces at amazing prices.
