I have worked with Michael for 5+ years and couldn't be happier. For context I have worked in tech/online advertising for ~20 years so I intimately understand the pros & cons that come with doing things online. When it comes to insurance, having a knowledgeable representative, who is available at all times can not be replicated by any of the online options.
