I've walked by this place a lot, as it's right in the middle of Westlake Center, and have always wanted to try it. I finally got the chance, and got the Seattle Dog, which is a Seattle classic that comes with cream cheese and onions. I also got some jalapenos from the toppings station. I'm so glad I made it here, because this hot dog was ridiculously good. I think it's the best hot dog I've ever had in my life You can smell and feel the smoke just standing in line, because these dogs are cooked on a grill with extremely high temperatures - and you feel that in every part of this meal. These buns are actually so good. They might have started out as normal store-bought hot dog buns, but the toasting at high heat leaves grill marks on the outside, and makes it actually crispy on the outside, which is wild for a hot dog bun. It still retains its softness on the inside too, and manages to hold its structure throughout, not breaking even once. Perfectly toasted The best part though, is obviously the meat. This sausage is so good. It's unbelievably juicy, perfectly cooked, and got a fantastic snap to it. The inside of the meat is exceptional - I don't know how they cooked it so well on a grill that fast - but they must have perfected the timing. Oh yeah, and the blackened flavor of the char on the outside is unreal - it's got that smoky taste that is what a perfectly grilled hot dog should have. With the toppings, these were also very good. I especially loved the onions - it seemed like they had both diced and slightly larger onion pieces, which was pretty nice. Definitely didn't slack on these either. The cream cheese was very plentiful - maybe my only nitpick is that it wasn't distributed across the bun very evenly, but given the time constraint the guy has to get it to me its understandable For just $7, this is a pretty massive hot dog. Will it fill you up for a full meal? Maybe not, but in an expensive city, it's a great deal Overall, this is an absolute gem of a spot in plain sight. 9.5/10

We had passed this hot dog stand a couple of times while traveling to and through the Westlake Center Mall. On one of our journeys back to our hotel, we decided to buy one Seattle dog to share. We had had another Seattle dog at Dog in the Park, so we wanted to try this one. The Seattle dog here was a few dollars cheaper and I noticed that they added more sour cream. I enjoyed this hot dog a lot more because all it had on it were the fried onions, which I do enjoy eating. The service was also very quick and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this stand for trying the iconic Seattle dog.

The best hotdog I have ever had! Heard the music bumping from the distance which drew me in. I had to see what was going on at the pop up. I decided to order the Nola dog. The gentleman behind the grill was so kind. He served me my dog and said it was very hot. He had an amazing array of condiments. With that I took my first bite...So dam good! I saw him the next day, and he was packing up all his equipment. I wish I would have stopped to tell him in person how much I enjoyed the whole experience. Definitely will be on my list next time we...
