A true Sedona gem! I just recently visited A Spa For You with 3 of my best girlfriends while on a bachelorette trip. I am a fellow spa owner from the midwest and I wondered how this place could hold up to a fancy schmancy resort spa. A friend on the trip swore by this place and now I see why! The customer service, staff knowledge, and overall performance was far beyond any of the highest rated spas I've ever been to. The owner was so welcoming and warm we felt right at home just from our phone conversations. We asked to bring some snacks and celebrate with a gift exchange while there and she made us feel as if the place was our own. The friendliness extended into the therapists who performed out services also. They took time to hear our individual needs and did a superb job customizing our massages. I believe Jodi was my therapist. I have several LMT's at my spa and I can tell you she gave one of the best massages I've ever had. I even had calve cramps from a long hike the day before and she offered to incorporate some magnesium oil into the massage. The place was clean, cozy, and warm. When hubby and I decided to go to Sedona for our anniversary this past May, my first question to my travel agent was, " I always look to get a massage, can you recommend a spot?" Without hesitation she said " A Spa for You" I can not say enough about the massage my hubby and I received. Once I emailed Thea, she responded very quickly. We talked on the phone at length while she asked me all sorts of question. I went with the heart special- 90 minutes of Aroma healing with Sedona Experience. She incorporates a variety of techniques all designed just for me. I was hesitant about the "hot stones" as my one time experience was horrible.(all the person did is what ad showed....hot stones placed on back to warm muscles) However, Thea showed me how they are supposed to be used. WOW! the warm stones sliding over my back muscles with slight pressure was heavenly. Before my appointment we talked as Thea could sense I was really stressed. She has a very calming affect. I left there like a jelly fish. As for my hubby, he recently had shoulder surgery. His therapist worked wonders on him. He prefers deep tissue. Our experience here was absolutely top-notch. From the moment we called to book our appointment, the lady on the phone was incredibly kind and informative, making the entire process seamless. She even guided us to the location on the day of our visit. Upon arrival, we had a 10-minute consultation with our two massage therapists, where they discussed our specific pain points, areas that might need extra attention, and whether we wanted to incorporate essential oils (and helped us choose the right scents). They also offered options like hot stones and explained how to best communicate our needs during the massage.

Before and after the session, we were given the chance to use the restroom, and they provided everything we needed—robes, towels, and even a shower.
