Renee Taylor Jewelry was a absolute pleasure to work with. Where they really shined was in customer service. I had ordered online but wanted to pick it up in person, so I took a 2 hour road trip up to Sedona (unnecessary...probably). Nonetheless, there are 2 Renee Taylor stores in Sedona, Renee Taylor "Jewelry" which closes at 7:00pm and Renee Taylor "Gallery" that closes at 8:00pm. I had to pick my piece up at the "Jewely" store but mistakenly went by the "Galleries" closing time! So when i arrived the "Jewelry" store was closed and my stomach dropped. I ended up calling the "Gallery" out of desperation and the woman working happily came to my rescue and called over to the "Jewelry" store. Luckily a woman (sadly forgot both womens' names) was still there closing up and more than happily let me in to grab my purchase and leave. To me that is damn good customer service! Absolutely incredible international service! I came across this jewellers through an internet search as I was looking for a specific bracelet for my wife's birthday. Being from the UK I didn't want to get the order wrong so I emailed in and started conversation with Renee about sizing and shipping. The whole team were so helpful from start to finish. I gave them my wife's wrist size and they advised me on the correct size to purchase, they carefully inspected the product before shipping and even sent me a video to show me the product too. It was sent out on a UPS International service and arrived in the UK 5 days from ordering in absolutely perfect condition. What a fantastic experience from the get go. I worked with Jadee in the selection of my purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable about the piece I decided upon and she went over every detail. It was expensive and I was hesitant, however, she spent time explaining the quality, the history and the making of such a fine product. Also, Jadee wasn’t pushy and she made sure my William Henry Kestrel Knife was delivered exactly how I wanted.
