Edit : They responded, but regardless of claiming they have no male employees not a single person greeted us other than the rude man, and we walked around the gallery around 615pm and I took a photo of the sign so I would know the exact gallery. Nice try, but this was your gallery.
Don't judge a book by its cover. My group was looking for a bronze sculpture to purchase yesterday and was treated so rudely as we walked up, that we went elsewhere to buy.
Our group is a very calm, polite, respectful Bachelorette party that was looking for fine art to display at the ranch wedding.
As soon as one of your curators or gallery representatives saw us walking towards the entrance he rudely barked "this is a calm place". It was absolutely rude and unnecessary.
I don't mind being given direction as you wall into a gallery, but how about "Welcome to the gallery" before barking at us assuming we will be a wild group. Every single other gallery welcomed us with open arms and we made our purchases elsewhere.
