Vue Gallery — Attraction in Sedona

After visiting several Sedona area galleries, we wandered into Vue Gallery. There was an amazing collection of art, jewelry and other items across a broad price spectrum. We fell in love -- hard -- with a particular sculpture. One of the associates, Keri Crick, noticed our interest in it and spent some time talking with us about what drew us to that specific piece, which led to discussions about some mutual interests, personal experiences etc. We felt like we made a friend! There was never any sales pressure, which was refreshing, and made being in the gallery a much more fun experience. We really wanted the sculpture, but we didn't think we could get it back to Michigan with us. Keri worked with us to make getting it home easy. She also followed up with us to make sure we received it and were happy with it. (We were and we are.) We had also told Keri there were a few other items we were interested in. She told us about the gallery's web site and its rewards program, which provided the perfect incentive for allowing us to eventually get some of the other pieces we liked. I have never bought jewelry over the phone before. Found Renee Taylor Gallery on the net. Called to ask some questions and got Robert on the phone. Not only did he send multiple pictures of what he thought I might be interested in, but also called the William Henry rep to ask if they could do a special request and what new men’s bracelets were going to come in. Although they could not do the special request, Robert was more than willing to ship me multiple items of what I liked from the pictures fully guaranteeing I could return it if I was not completely satisfied. Always love sales people that go the extra mile. Need to footnote my review. A little disappointed. Had to exchange the bracelet for a smaller size, but I had to pay return postage/insurance. It was not a lot of money but the point to me is if you’re exchanging and not returning, then they should cover ALL shipping. That is a drawback of buying from Vue on line. We just made our second large purchase from this magnificent gallery. Three years ago we first saw the beautiful wind sculptures by Lyman Whitaker. They totally took our breath away and we found watching them was peacefully mesmerizing. We returned to Sedona and the Vue Gallery again this February and again were totally captivated by the sculptures. We couldn't resist any longer and purchased an extra large Double Dancer which we believed would be perfect on our property. It arrived earlier this week and after following the very easy directions it was installed three days ago. Just as we hoped, it is absolutely perfect and we have been flooded with friends and neighbors standing around in awe. Dealing with the Vue Gallery is such a luxury . . . .
