Read moreWent here for breakfast with my family this past Sunday. It was a beautiful day to eat outside, and the area we sat was great. I had the Chilaquiles, which I had some serious hesitation about since so many places overdo it with sour cream on a Mexican dish, but the amount was excellent, complimentary instead of overpowering to the other flavors. The spice and flavor of my meal was just what I was looking for, and wasn't too filling to the point where I could finish it without being miserable. The service was decent, with my only complaint on that not offering to split the check before bringing it out. The server was polite but seemed to be in a major hurry throughout our visit.
There are 2 reasons I can't provide a 5-star rating, and I think they are both very fixable. My brother was served a slightly undercooked sausage with his biscuits and gravy meal, and I think it kind of ruined the taste in his mouth. Not to mention the fact he was sharing his meal with his very pregnant wife, who purposely did not order eggs or meat to avoid the chance of an undercooked meal for health purposes, which can be dangerous as any chef should know, especially to an unborn baby. Thankfully she didn't bite into that part of the meal. The second thing that left me scratching my head was the price of my 2 ingredient mimosa, especially considering it was the same price as my parents' much more involved, twice as large bloody marys. A heads up on that would have been nice since those items weren't on our breakfast menus. It seems like it wouldn't be too hard to make it make sense when it comes to price determinations. Other than those two things, I think I can say we all left...

I told him to hold on. I got up. I looked for the manager. I was talking with the young lady Mexican girl in the front. She pointed out the manager. She was a tall blonde lady with short hair blue eyes.Skinny, i'm just describing her. I didn't get her name. She was very rude. She didn't believe what I was telling her her I was telling her to come outside so we could show her the plate and the wait just picked up the plate and was taking it to her, and she said that that was impossible that that could not happen there. Well, it did happen there and he sure was chewing on it for a minute and it was not breaking up. So she really didn't help us. And she had an attitude, and she said that she would take care of the bill, what we got was one Omelette and I had a Waffle, a cup of coffee. So there was nothing we were trying to get for free. There was just a piece of cloth in the food and she did not believe it. We couldn't believe it so just to give you a heads up. Just be careful. What you're eating over there and you have a rude manager who will not help you. I'm not sure her name, but that's the last time. I'd be going over there. I won't even request. Can you request this place to anybody? It's just because of the...
