I like The Beef Jerky Experience in Solvang, I’m glad I stopped by to check it out.

I’m able to sample several different types and all have a unique flavor and texture and I bought SMOKED CHERRY MAPLE BEEF JERKY , SMOKED HONEY BBQ BEEF JERKY and SMOKED ORIGINAL BEEF JERKY all was delicious , I enjoyed the unique flavors . They use better cuts of meat, so you get that real, thick, old fashioned, genuine beef jerky, not the usual thin, kinda meh, pieces.

Great customer service, the staff lady was welcoming and helpful, offering free samples and information about the products.

Popped In here on Sunday while exploring Solvang. I can’t say enough great things about the girl who was working. She immediately greeted us and explained how the store worked and let us do our thing. She explained each jerky we tasted as if she had created each flavor herself. I totally thought she was the owner. She was so knowledgeable about jerky and was fun to talk to. It’s just her nature. I hope the owner knows what a gem of an employee he has. Owner is fracking hilarious. Amazing hospitality. My dad was probably driving her nuts with wanting to try EVERY SINGLE FLAVOR, but you would never have guessed it by how accommodating she was. The only problem, if you can call it that, is there are too many flavors to enjoy. The Mango/Habanjero slaps cheeks! Really, really good. Cherry/Maple very good with low heat. Just reordered the Mango/Habanero and some Pineapple/Serrano. The P/S I am pretty stoked to get my hands on. Out of everything we did/saw in Solvang, this was my favorite stop. May do a wine...
