I've been coming here since I was 13, and I love this place. All the girls who work here recognize me and my partner, and even though they know I can find everything on my own they're still eager to offer advice. My only gripe after all these years is that I have only seen ONE employee, Alexis, wearing a mask. Everyone else just flat out ignores the mandate. Every single customer I've seen has been wearing a mask and I just don't understand why this rule is being ignored. Even the sign on the door only says "masks appreciated" even though this new mandate REQUIRING masks in Vermont has been active for two weeks. I love this place, but flat out ignoring rules and regulations during a pandemic is stupid. I would report this behavior if I knew where or how to do so. It's unacceptable at this point

As I walked in, the man stocking the shelves asked what we were looking for. When I showed him he looked disgusted brought me to the area then told us he doesn't think he has it but we can look. He proceeded to look with him telling me he didn't have it. I found the brand that he didn't know existed and the spot on the shelf where they sold the shampoo. They helped explain to her the policy, the option that she had (store credit), and the mechanics of their POS system that would not take the return outside of the return period.
