I would give 0 stars if I could. We went on vacation to Lake George for the 4th of July and purchased 6 "permanent" anklets with charms from this store on 7/5- costing us several hundred dollars. By 7/6 they already began to snap off. We went back into the shop on 7/6 and were told they products failed due to the person who first secured them not doing a good job. Upon returning home from our vacation and less then a week later, 3 of the anklets snapped and broke. We spend a week being pushed around from person to person, sending pictures etc to be accused of lying, being scammers and eventually being ignored all together. The owner said he would refund one person in the group 50.00 but that money has yet to be seen. The owner stopped responding to our outreach for the other broken/lost products until we started posting reviews online. Now the owner is texting us, not to apologize or rectify the situation but to say he is going to call our jobs and post fake reviews on our business pages. We have been coming to this store for years, and I love it, such a cute store with very friendly employees. No matter what I always end up purchasing something here. However, this year myself and three other friends purchased the permanent jewelry (which is different prices per location), and within 24 hours all four had snapped off. The man that originally did it was nice, but visibly did not weld it all the way together, and did not seem to know how to do them correctly. We were at a local restaurant and met a few workers who had the exact same complaint, but said if you wanted it done right to go to Gabe, and he was amazing. He fixed it right up for us, and we immediately could tell the difference in the weld. If you plan on going to get this “permanent jewelry” done, I highly recommend having Gabe do them if you want it to last and have...

The lady who helped us was very friendly and the store is beautiful and clean. I see some negative posts about pricing and I can say that the adorable warmies bobcat we bought was exactly the same price directly from the company itself. It disappoints me to see people be so negative to a small business. Yes sometimes you can find products cheaper but that's because they are from third party sellers. I think it's important to support local family owned small businesses and I will happily pay full price to do that. Thank you for the beautiful items and wish you a prosperous rest...
