My boyfriend got me a ring for our two year anniversy but of course he did not fully inspect the ring when he bought it. So when he gave it to me I noticed that one of the stones was chipped, so I brought it back the next day asking to exchange it for the same ring or figure out a way to fix it, I did not care about the money or even honestly that their was a chip in it. It was a beautiful ring and I was more scared of the stone falling out then anything, I went in very nice just asking to see what we could do and I get sent to the other store that the boss was at. I went in fully confident after reading reviews online and my boyfriend. telling me how nice they were and helpful with him that my problem would be solved. I told the owner my issue, I clearly stated I was not upset that my boyfriend bought the ring cracked but I was just worried that the stone would fallout. The owner told me he could not do anything but exchange it for another ring, I asked if he could fix it, how could I fix it, or if they have the same ring in the back. He looked at me and said he did not even see the crack in the stone even though you could CLEARLY see the crack. But I still bit my tongue and tried to wokr with this guy, what really upset me was how he kept trying to intimideate me and make me feel small. He told me all the rings are one of a kind, they do not get the same ring twice. I am a young girl but I will not tolerate being belittled, so I told him I would wright about my experience on his reviews and my social media pages. It was so unlike me to walk out and flip him off, honestly, but being a young female and thinking this person is here to help but then to get belittled just made me so angry.
