SHOPPERS BEWARE!!!! The manager of this store is a liar and a complete and total thief. Her business practices are beyond disgusting. She falsely accuses people in the store of shoplifting and demands payment for the items, making a huge scene in front of people and their children with absolutely no proof. We also tried to exchange an item which was damaged. She didn’t have the item and refused a refund so we were stuck with a damaged item. She is paranoid and delusional and should learn a thing or two about morals and business before making such outlandish and ridiculous allegations and having such poor business skills. I like the items they had in the store, but I just thought the Manager was a little annoying just how she was watching everybody. My mom said as soon as she walked in the manager asked her if she needed help. Then also I just quit my job recently and my mom was talking to me about it and the manager walked by us laughing at me, but why is she listening to customers in the store if it is none of her business. This is one of my favorite shops in Lake George Village. They have a great selection of quality items at a reasonable price and many collector items. We have visited Lake George every summer for 10 years and always make sure to stop at Live Laugh Love. While driving this President's Day, I was excited to see an open sign, so I had to turn back and stop in. I had to get some of the great stickers they sell.
