Miracle Moments Store — Local services in Town of North Elba

Visited last week and couldn’t have been treated more rudely or more disappointed with the selection. Neither woman working there greeted me upon arrival nor asked if they could assist. I was the only customer there, to boot. When I had a question, I moved to where they were talking. They stopped talking and stared at me without saying a word. No “can I help you?”, no “hi”, nothing. I sincerely hope each of those women receives their own treatment when they are on an expensive vacation. Meanwhile, there is very limited supply of U.S. Olympic merchandise. In fact, the store had three small sections: Olympics, Whiteface, and Adirondack items. Why it sold Whiteface and Adirondack merch is beyond me since one can get it on Main Street and at Whiteface. Not only was museum under construction and you couldn’t see any exhibits or hockey arenas, but the old woman working the gift shop was rude and out of touch with reality. She thought my 5 year old was going to take a $6 dollar replica gold medal because he was carrying it around store deciding if he wanted that or hockey teddy bear. Then proceeded to tell me I needed a new debit card because she didn’t know how to use it because it has a chip in it. Terrible customer service and she should just retire.
