This is pretty long nut worth reading..... I use to be a local to washington and have shopped at this location atleast 5 or 6 plus times as well as many other locations across the country. I have never had a problem here until my last visit. I put together a nice suit, shirt, and tie combo and purchased it along with 5 shirts, 4 pockets squares, and 3 ties. Service was good at the time but I will admit I am also a hard person to help because of my taste. So it better to just leave me be until I ask for a size or I'm ready to check out. Now the problem started when I got all the way to my talor in LA took the suit out of the bag and realized they had given me 2 sizes to small. I brought the suit back with me when i flew in town a week later to exchange for the right size, it took them forever to understand what happened. Had to explain it atleast 3 times, then finally they order a 46L when it came in about 2 weeks later it was still a tad bit to small because of the cut. So I had a young lady or me a 48L from a store that was in state. I confirmed with her more than a few times that I was leaving in to 3 days and need the correct size, she reassured me that it would be in the next day but when I showed up no suit. So the gentleman who helpede order the 46L went in and order the 48L, he apologized and said he would get it in asap. I left my suit with my Mother to bring back in since I had to head back home to CO. I got a call a week later saying the suit was in, when the original wrong size was brought down to exchange the same gentleman told her that he didnt know what she talking about and that I she wanted to exchange the suit for a different style after drove down fron Spanaway for me. So I called in to see what the problem was and one again by the same gentleman that help order the right size was told he had the suit in but couldn't find and didn't know why (This was today 3/14/15 for the record). When I proceeded to ask him why and to confirm dates of when he him self called me, he rushed off the phone while rudely interrupting with " I will call you back, I will call you back", like I was the problem. As you can I see I have plenty to say, much more to add and I didn't use any direct names because I am gonna give them one more chance to correct this out the kindness of my heart. But if this isn't correct I will be forced to give them complete exposure to the public and to corporate as well as discontinue my business with them. Hopefully they do the right thing. Read moreDrove in from out of town, preparing to fly out for a job interview the next day and figured out I just didn't have what I really needed to make a good impression. Tyler #1 helped calm my nerves by getting right down to business with picking the right size jacket part of the suit, then we got the slacks marked for alteration right then and there. Yes, you do have to pay for the expedited treatment, but that's why this store exists, the SERVICE!
As Tyler #1 got me set up with some new shoes, retrieved my pants from the tailor, he had needed to head home. Tyler #2 picked up the slack, finished up and cashed me out with a wonderful courtesy for veterans that is usually only provided twice a year. With all of the anxiety I was going through, this gesture almost made a grown man cry right in the store before heading out with my new threads. I am grateful to those gentlemen who helped me get my first suit in OVER 13 years in such clutch fashion. It FITS beautifully and comfortably and I'm not in a hurry to get out of it like I used to be about other suits. Thank you both for your expertise, efficiency and polite manner. Oh, I almost forgot to mention: It turned my bride of over ten years ON SO MUCH to see me in it, she couldn't WAIT until I returned home! Apparently it really IS true that suits are the masculine men's lingerie... I can say that, right?!? 🤔🤣🤣🤣

Read moreThis is my second time purchasing at Men's Wearhouse Twikila. The first time, I had a horrible experience with Jenine, who is apparently the manager. She was helping me find the perfect fit for my suit but, sadly, she left me hanging and went to sit at her laptop while still attending to me. Since I was in a good mood and didn’t want to ruin my day, I proceeded with my shopping.
Thankfully, a gentleman working in the store stepped in and did an amazing job, helping me order a suit in my size. Since Jenine had initially taken my measurements, I trusted that the order would be correct. I needed my suit for Tuesday because I had an important meeting, and while my order was delivered on time, the suit was the wrong size. Unfortunately, she had ordered the incorrect size—I’m 6'9", but the suit I received was for an 11-year-old.
