With the customer service experience that the worker displayed today, I do not understand how this location is still open. I purchased a $400 noodle maker machine online today. The order stated it would be ready in two hours. When I enter the store, you arenāt greeted by anyone, which is very unprofessional. When I asked about my order and if it was ready, she asked me my name and advised the order didnāt show on her end and that I could purchase the item in the store and cancel online⦠I returned to my vehicle and called customer service only to be told I would need to speak with someone in the store about the order, not to mention the CSR is telling me itās scheduled to be shipped, which is not correct. I called the store to give them the order number, which the Customer service manager advised me on the phone, and the store rep asked to take my name and number to call me back, knowingly knowing that their store is closing in 20mins and knowing I was outside waiting on my orderā¦They lacked concern for a customer. They were very unapologetic about the nature of the matter, and the only advice was to cancel the online order and order within the store, which was a disregard to the customer cause this could have been a gift. I would expect far better customer service from this store than what they...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible. I used to love WS and have shopped here many times both when they were at MacArthur and here to buy some beautiful items.
I love their kitchen gadgets and I also love their tableware (the bees are so cute).
They used to give out tons of samples so you could try the expensive food items - like their chocolate bark, apple cider, etc.
The ladies who work inside are incredibly rude and whenever I ask them a question or ask if they have samples they're very off-putting and act as if I'm trying to get free food like it's a soup kitchen. I asked bc I've bought these things before an I want my husband to sample the $50 apple cider I said was the best... otherwise who would pay that?!
They're exceedingly rude any time we ask anything - we had a gift card to spend and wanted an item they didn't have in store and asked if they can ship to us or our home for free and they acted like we were paupers. I just don't like the tone and way they talk to people who are spending A LOT of money there.
It's happened multiple times, we're kind'a done with this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband and I came there to get mixers that just came out. Well I work at a nursing home so he came go pick me up and I was in my work uniform. Well anyway I saw the mixers at the door soon as I entered and this tall black lady with terrible lipstick was looking at me crazy. Me and my husband was looking at some kitchen tools I wanna buy and she came up and was like let me put this on the counter for you. I didnāt think much of it until I saw she only did this to me(black woman) and not the other customers(white ppl). My husband pointed out and he is WHITE. she followed us like sad puppy dogs looking for a master. I grabbed a thing of bbq sauce and came to the register. Iām holding the bottle and she came out and said where is the bbq sauce you grabbed. Didnāt give me time to put the bottle on the counter. My husband and I felt profiled. We know we didnāt look like we belong but still this was my first time shopping there. I always want to go but was nervous. First experience and it...
