I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this location made me feel extremely uncomfortable. After standing around for over 15 minutes without being acknowledged, an employee finally approached me. When I told her I couldn’t find my size, she mocked me and said, “Did you even check the drawer?” in a very condescending tone. She didn’t offer any help afterward, even when I was trying things on. Later, as I stood near the underwear section, both employees came and stood directly in front of me, just staring as if I was going to steal something. It felt like clear racial profiling. Instead of offering you a bag when your hands are full of clothing, they just stare. Was trying to juggle a bunch of stuff when I was in the store with my son. No employees offered to help me. I don’t dress like I have a lot of money, and I am pretty conservative hen it comes to that. Most of the time, I do not wear my engagement and wedding ring in public. I had a lot of money to blow, but I set my stuff down and just walked out. Better to order online or drive to Fort Worth or Dallas.
