Its a little premature because I just ordered my dress, but my experience to date has been great. I was looking for a MOther of the Bride Dress -- I went downtown, to the Valley, looked extensively on-line -- but was not confident I could find something that was elegant and would fit properly -- I am quite petite. The people at the dress stores were not helpful and the huge sizes made it difficult to tell what would fit. While waiting for an appt down the street, I stumbled on Andrea's. Yes -- since everything is custom, it is not cheap -- but not as bad as I imagined. Andrea was great and you could just tell she knew what she was talking about. After walking out of the place I had an appointment at -- their merchandise and store was no comparison -- I was back at Andrea's that afternoon for a fitting. Will report back after I get the dress. they have a huge collection of dresses to look at -- and then mix and match to get your custom style, fit and color.

Well, my after experience was not as positive. The neckline did not come out as we discussed . The dress initially looked very well however it did not dry clean well. And upon closer examination you can see that the stitching was not that well done nor was the construction. Andrea’s Fashions was the answer to my prayers! Two of my kids got married this year, my son in July 2022 and my daughter in October 2022. I needed a Mother of the Groom gown and a Mother of the Bride gown. A friend recommended Andrea’s and I made an appointment. The experience was exactly what I needed. With the owner Carmen’s expert help I was able to choose from the many gowns and find the perfect options - one for each wedding - in the fabric and color I desired. The process resulted in custom gowns made for my figure and that blended with the style and palette of each wedding. Not only did I feel comfortable and confident in the gowns, but I got countless complimentary comments about the gowns, in fact, people are still telling me how much they loved my dresses - and I wasn’t even the bride!! The gowns are costly but worth every penny. And the icing on the cake: I absolutely hate shopping and was dreading the search for these gowns. Andrea’s was a one- stop shop. I chose the style and fabric, came in for fittings, and then picked up the finished masterpieces. Even found a rehearsal dinner dress off the rack for my daughter’s wedding.
