This was hands down the most pathetic attempt I have ever seen at a retailer trying to find a reason for not issuing store credit. I purchased a shirt online, never even put it on and was told that the shirt was worn and smelled like someone had worn it. Never put on!! Although it was past the 30 day return window (35 days to be exact) I simply asked if they can at least issue me store credit so I can purchase something I would actually wear and was simply told lies so they can keep the final sale of the item. I literally told them they can keep the shirt and donate it to charity but who knows if charity would except a brand new shirt that smells like the inside of a UPS box. Every time I’m in town, I make a point to stop by, and the staff has always been incredibly attentive, helpful, and genuinely kind. They’ve gone above and beyond—offering thoughtful styling advice and even staying past closing hours to assist me.

The women’s store was totally the opposite, no greeting from the 3 employees there. They only followed us around and fixed and garments that we touched (I worked in retail and never leave the hangers or garments looking messy).
