Mr. Jack O' Lanterns Pumpkins — Local services in West Palm Beach

I have to say I was excited to take me kids here, and was highly disappointed when I got there. It looked more like a dump, there were 2 goats, baby chicks, and a small rabbit that you couldn't even get close enough to pet, the area they were in was trashy and made me sad to see the area they were in, it was cruel, and really bothered my daughter. The slide was scary, about 13 kids going up at once, someone could of seriously been hurt, and it was unsupervised. A employee should of regulated that, as well as the bounce house that had 11 kids in it at once. Kids were getting bounced on and crying. The pumpkin bowling was okay, but the other game was a wreck, barely set up properly, and the ballon pop was a joke. Blow your own balloons up and there were 2 tacks to use to hold the balloons on the board. Costumes, missing pieces, the decorations being sold were broken, shoes missing, etc. I think it bothered me so much because how unorganized, dirty, not any effort in putting it together, and I went in with high expectations. 100% not worth the money you pay to go, and it's not much only $10. When I tell you how not worth $10 it was, it's pretty bad. This place has great potential but won't reach it if the owners don't do something about it.. And great pumpkins!! I'd buy...

Kind of disappointed with how over priced it was. I paid about 23.00 with just an infant. I felt for the price they should had more activities, games and food! They had basic snacks, jump house, and pumpkins. In the total you get a free pumpkin which the kids decorate ok cool. But for a tiny tiny pumpkin that my child was holding the lady wanted to charge 3.00 at first the girl told me 2.00. So I’m like ok I’ll pay the 2.00 now mind you now the lady looked at the pumpkin twice before giving two prices. Then I tried to pay for this high robbery and she like 5.00 minimum for a card. You would’ve thought she would’ve let my kid have the tiny pumpkin instead nope she went right to whatever she was doing after she was telling a corny joke to the people in front of me. I appreciate they stay open a little on the later side which is why we came here because unfortunately we missed the pumpkin patch festival. The festival is some of the same things but for 25.00 you get all your moneys worth and not some put together high way robbery pumpkin patch. I have three-year-old twins, and this event was perfectly suited for their age. They loved everything—except the haunted house, which is totally understandable! Their favorite part was the inflatable obstacle course and driving the jeeps, and they also had a great time painting pumpkins and playing games. The staff were great and very accommodating.
