Laundromat — Local services in Williams

Even the laundromat in general was okay, the owner ( or the person closing up) was the rudest person i have ever met. Even though I started my washing well before the posted 8:30 p.m. "last wash" time, he complained that he wanted to close up early, and snapped back when I confirmed the 10 p.m. closing time. At 9:30 p.m. he starts badgering me and shouting " Are you done yet ?" even though it was obvious the dryer was still running. He glared and stared at me with his mop handle in his hand until an acquaintance motioned to talk to him outside. What an incredible JERK and the MOST RUDE employee I’ve ever encountered in my life!! That night clerk George should be fired immediately! I couldn’t believe it.. He actually followed me out into the parking lot and challenged me to a FIGHT because I asked him why he closed at 9pm when the sign posted in the front window read 10pm and Google Maps mentions 10pm too. He said “I can close whenever the HELL I want to! YOU don’t tell ME when to close!! If you want to settle this right now, we CAN!!” I will call the owners and complain. I have no complaints. Several washer sizes so you do have options. Instructions are posted and clear to understand. Always clean. Sometimes extremely busy, other times not. I have a large family and do laundry there weekly. I'm generally in and out in 2 hours or less. Change machine ran out on me once - I called the number and they were quick to respond and fix the issue. Fees for machines are reasonable and machines work well. Update: They have added PayRange (an app to pay) and I love it. No more clowning around with a million quarters. The place is cleaned regularly. If it looks dirty.
