We had a extremely disappointing Experience with Subpar Service and Lack of Amenities Unfortunately, my stay at this establishment was far from satisfactory. From the outset, the experience was plagued by numerous issues, including poor management, lack of amenities, and a suboptimal location. The room itself was lacking basic conveniences, and one of the most significant issues was the non-functioning smoke detector, which emitted a constant beeping due to a dead battery. I immediately contacted the management for assistance, but my attempts to resolve the issue were met with a complete lack of urgency. Despite multiple phone calls and messages through Booking.com, I received no response until after several follow-ups. When management did respond, it was with minimal professionalism. A staff member was sent to address the issue, but unfortunately, her response was dismissive and unhelpful. The smoke detector was taken from our room, but it was never returned, and the issue remained unresolved. In addition to the smoke detector issue, the overall security of the room was concerning. The door appeared to be easily accessible from the outside with just a credit card, raising serious safety concerns. Moreover, the room amenities were below expectations. For example, we were given a single bottle of shampoo and conditioner to share, which is hardly adequate for two guests. The property itself was disappointing, with no notable amenities such as a pool or a proper relaxation area. The only seating available was next to the door of the room, and the view was limited to the parking lot. What was most alarming, however, was the management's indifference to guest concerns. Not only was the office unmanned during late hours, but there was also no after-hours assistance available in the event of an emergency. I was left frustrated with the lack of communication, especially considering that even messages through the booking platform went unanswered for an extended period. To add insult to injury, the owner of the establishment sent an incredibly unprofessional response, which only further compounded my dissatisfaction. His message, which followed my attempts to communicate the issues I had faced, read as follows: "Pretty sure the other 50-60 smoke detectors will go off on the property if there is a fire. Plus it is an electric AC and heater in that room. I called my clerk back in and you have been nothing but ridiculous. Just so you know, booking.com gets 15% on every reservation made on their site, the city and county take 18%, credit card fees are about 4%, linens are about $20.00 per bed. That is before I pay any of my staff or housekeeping. So I lost money calling my clerk back in on your reservation but did so anyways to make sure you were not listening to the beeping all night. Please do stay at a dirty motel next time with bed bugs and dirty linens. I do everything in my power to make sure my guests are set and comfortable and you have just been the worst. This motel has been in my family since 1999 and we have never had a guest as rude as you so good luck."
It is clear from this response that the management is not committed to addressing guest concerns with professionalism or respect. The lack of courtesy, along with the dismissive tone, was disappointing and further exacerbated an already frustrating experience. Given the lack of basic amenities, security concerns, and poor customer service, I cannot recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable and reliable place to stay. I would strongly advise management to reevaluate their approach to guest service and address the issues that were raised...

Read moreMy family and I had never been to Williams AZ before and let me tell you, it’s our new favorite vacation spot ! The end of March is when we were there and the weather was amazing! We got a little snow which was surprising but very pleasant. There are plenty of attractions and restaurants near by that having a car isn’t even necessary. The motel is clean and the workers are friendly and informative about the town. We were grateful for their tips on where to visit and eat. The rooms and bathrooms are newly remodeled and everything is immaculate. The bed was very comfortable and my family of 3 slept so well in the king bed ! Check in and out was simple. The roller coaster park across the street was fun for kids and adults too, with a yummy food and play area. The food is really really good for such a small town ! In the mornings we would get coffee and breakfast sandwiches from brewed awakenings. A must try. Rulus across the street has great steaks, salads and drinks! The Grand Canyon took about 45 min to drive there. It was cold but absolutely beautiful and well worth the drive. Make sure you stop at Grand Canyon brewery on your way out ! Bearizona was waaaay better than expected. It snowed that day which made it even more majestic. Wolves, bears, jaguars, otters… it was clean and definitely the best part of the trip. Huge gift shop and nice restaurant on the premise. If you have time I would definitely recommend driving to Sedona and visiting the chapel. The views are breathtaking and worth the drive ! Overall, the trip was 5 stars and we can’t wait to see what it’s like during the summer !! It’s a beautiful and safe little town suitable...
