Came here to get my nails done, as it was close to where we were staying. They did an okay job, I asked for gel nails and I was showing them I had 3 broken nails in one finger and was specific about making my nails all the same. So I thought they understood what I meant, but then when it came time they were just gonna paint over my broken nails and not try to fix it (with builder gel) so it’s the same length as the others. I had to explain again, they finally understood but wanted an extra 100K, when most places only charge 5-10,000. Also when it came time to pay, the tip felt forced as they want u to sign a paper and pick from the pre-listed amounts. Then one of my nails broke the very next day. Their gel isn’t very sturdy I guess, and a few other nails followed suit. Bottom line: sure, they seem nice but it’s a tourist trap, I would find some...

The massage was good. Though you may not end up being massaged by the person who says they will be doing it. An older lady did the back massage. She had good technique. Then a young girl finished the on the front. She was playfully entertaining, which was a welcome difference to stress relief. Her massage was okay but would have been better if she was able to focus on her technique more while being playful. Minus a star for the bait and switch to bring me in and for the paper review to guilt trip into giving a tip. Despite those negatives, overall I left feeling my tension and stress was relieved and that is the whole point of the massage after-all. Lose the tourist trap sales tactics if you want 5 star reviews. Honesty...

The experience was far from relaxing.

First, the masseuse spent a significant amount of time playing on their phone instead of focusing on the treatment. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful, especially when I was paying for their full attention.

To make matters worse, I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes before the session ended —yet I was still charged for the full hour. This meant the actual massage time was cut short, leaving me unsatisfied.

Massage therapy should be a calming experience, but the lack of professionalism here made it a waste of time and money.
