This is our second time visiting Coffee Head Co, as our first visit gave us mixed feelings (poor service attitude and food). The vibe of the cafe brought us back and we are glad we did! This visit we were welcomed with a smile and given prompt service. We ordered two iced lattes and an apple danish. Vanilla syrup was a strange flavour, probably an acquired taste- but not terrible. I thought the coffee blend was strong and smooth, though perhaps a bit too strong for some. Their table sugar was also really unique, couldn’t tell you what exactly it is though but tasted good. Would suggest asking for the pastries warmed!! A specialty of the cafe is its bottled iced coffees and cold brews. They are great and really unique tasting! We got it last time and wish we got it again. Overall a good cafe, with a cool interior and vibe that makes it stand out from the other cafes in the area. Will be back!

Coffee Head Co. in South Brisbane is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere and the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The menu offers a fantastic variety of options to suit every taste, from classic cappuccinos to specialty drinks like the Cold Cream Cold Brew, which I highly recommend. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend something new or accommodate special requests. The attention to detail and commitment to quality here is evident in every sip and bite. If you're in South Brisbane, Coffee Head Co. is a must-visit. Whether you're a coffee aficionado or just looking for a cozy place to relax, you won't be disappointed!

★★★★★ One of my favourite things to do on my days off is head down to Coffee Head Co., grab a coffee, and head back to my apartment to read. I’ve been visiting for well over a year now, and every cup has been just as excellent as the last—smooth, flavourful, and consistently high quality. But what really makes this place stand out is the friendly team, they always create a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're after a quick takeaway or a place to hang out and relax with friends, Coffee Head Co. is always a great choice AND it’s pet friendly, bumping into all regular Coffee Head dogs đŸ¶ makes my day.

This is quite literally my 5 and a half year running favourite cafĂ©, and it’s worth the extra distance since I moved from west end every time. Even with good coffee spots nearby, I choose this place because their coffee is consistently excellent—no matter who’s behind the counter. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and ALL the staff are super friendly. Since the new ownership, the retention of staff is basically 100%, which says a lot about how they treat the staff who make your coffee. It's obvious it's with love. They offer a great selection of food, top-teir toasties and drinks made with actual quality ingredients. If you’re looking for great coffee and a relaxed vibe, I could not recommend this cafe more. I saw a review here that criticised the wait time. I've been coming here for over 5 years and can say 99% of the time I'm getting my coffee within 3 minutes (if they didn't see me in line and start my usual order). Yes, when it's busy, the presenting of orders slows down but whats most important is the quality isn't compromised. The care they give to every order is 100% worth the extra (no more than) 4 minutes, because you know you're getting that same taste, beautiful coffee every time. Thank you to the fantastic owner that runs this place, and to all the staff. Keep up...

This coffee shop can be a good choice if you would like to drink latte, cappuccino, and piccolo. Their coffee beans are carefully selective.

However, in the last visit the barista prepared the coffee without wearing gloves and a face mask. He also (touched his face) by his hand! This is very dangerous especially this happened during the Covid-19 crisis. Moreover, one time I ordered three piccolos, and I changed my mind to exchange them by getting flat whites. The barista was generous and he said no need for the extra charge. Later, the cashier (maybe the manger) asked for the extra charge. This behavior is not connected to the speciality coffee’s society and standards and Australian lifestyle as well.

I would emphasize that this coffee shop has a lack of service. They should enhance their costumer services, learn how treat their daily costumers, and baristas should care about hygiene and avoid touching their faces without gloves.

It can be suggested to observe and analyze the owner response down my comment and see how they interact with their...
