Severe lack of professionalism from the security. Multiple people kicked from line with no reason provided aside from a supposed âguest listâ. No identification was done at all. No one from the group of people I was with was refused entry because of dress code or being too intoxicated. Upon asking people who were inside, there was no guest list. Security threatened to push someone on public property when asking why they were not allowed inside. When asking how to create a guest list, security said âI donât knowâ and walked off. Gaslighted into thinking that there was a guest list when multiple people inside entered upon general entry. Kicked a girl out of line who was crying because she lost her phone and dealt with a rude security guard prior to this at the same venue. When questioning the girl at the door she stated that the security guards âdecide whenever they wantâ to nullify general entry - meaning there is no set time limits for general entry versus the supposed âVIP entryâ. The lack of honesty was hard to overlook. Multiple friends were inside the venue under no VIP list. They entered after my friends and I were removed from the line - meaning they should have been general entry. Comments from security such as telling people to âFu** offâ and calling people stupid are unnecessary and off putting. Difficult for customers to respect security when they cannot provide them with the same respect. The lack of consistency and honesty is what stood out. Management should look into the multiple negative reviews regarding security if they wish to be a long...

Iâve been to my fair share of nightclubs, but this place takes the cake for the most unprofessional and downright disgraceful treatment by security staff. From the moment we arrived, the bouncers were rude, dismissive, and acting as if they were running a prison yard rather than a nightclub.
They clearly pick and choose who gets in based on personal biases, not on any real rules. People were being turned away for no reason, and when I questioned it politely, I was met with hostility. The security guards are on a power trip, shouting at patrons, shoving people around, and treating everyone like criminals.
Inside, it didnât get better. The same guards were prowling the club, staring people down, and harassing anyone who didnât look like they âbelongedâ in their eyes. I even saw one guard aggressively manhandle a guest who wasnât doing anything other than trying to enjoy their night. Completely unacceptable.
By the end of the night, I didnât feel safe at all. Instead of creating a secure environment, these thugs in uniform make it feel like youâre constantly one wrong move away from being thrown out or assaulted. I wouldnât wish this experience on my worst enemy.
Save your money, your dignity, and your nightâgo anywhere else. This club doesnât deserve a single customer with the way they allow their security team to...
Read moreGot refused entry last night due to wearing a Nike sweater and casual shorts. Reviewed the dress code after being refused entry, and totally agree with not being dress accordingly to the 'standards' required. Though, I saw about 10 people not far in front of me clearly matching the description, "Distasteful hairstyles, including rat tails and mullets" - directly quoted from your dress code, being welcomed in. Also saw people wearing Champion hoodies being let in which most definitely matches the description "Sports, athletic, gym attire" - directly quoted from your dress code. Don't see how it is fair that these people were allowed entry but I wasn't even though they were also not dressed appropriately, unless a mullet isn't a distasteful hairstyle (even though stated on the dress code itself), and champion isn't an sport/athletic wear brand (even though they're known for their athletic wear, just...
